S-E-L to unleash ‘Salaam-e-ishq’ magic today

After winning all the awards in 2006 for ‘Bunty Aur Babli’, the trio of Shankar Ehsan and Loy followed up with the music for ‘Karan Johar's’ ‘Kabhi Alvida Na Kehna’ this year. ‘Don’ was another test they passed with flying colours. But the general impression about this soundtrack was that the original ‘Main Hoon Don’, ‘Aaj Ki Raat’ and ‘Mourya Re’ were far more effective than the remixes of ‘Ye Mera Dil’ and ‘Khaike Paan Banaraswala’.

Now the year 2007 is expected to be a bigger year for Shankar, Ehsaan and Loy with Nikhil Advani's ‘Salaam-E-Ishq’ all set for its musical release today. The seven song album promises to continue the SEL brand of innovative listener-friendly-music with singers like Sonu Nigam, Adnan Sami, Shreya Ghoshal, Kunal Ganjawala, Sadhana Sargam, Shankar Mahadevan, Shaan, Mahalakshmi and many more gracing the album.

What's more ‘Salaam-E-Ishq’ is a Bollywood fan's dream come true. It stars Salman Khan, Priyanka Chopra, Govinda, John Abraham, Vidya Balan, Akshaye Khanna, Ayesha Takia, Anil Kapoor, Juhi Chawla and Sohail Khan.
